We require all of our students to prepay for lessons. Payments are to be made on a monthly basis.
How it works
We will mail you an invoice by the 5th day of every month. This invoice will reflect charges for lessons that will occur during this month and will also include any credits you have acquired from cancellations that occurred during the previous month. You will be required to pay the amount requested within 15 days.
Example
By the 5th day of the month (month 1) you will receive an invoice by email that reflects charges for lessons that will occur in month 1. if there are 4 lesson weeks in that month you will be charged for 4 lessons.
-CANCELLATIONS- During the next following month (month 2) you will receive an invoice for month 2, If you had cancelled one lesson during the previous month (month 1) then you receive a credit for that pre paid payment. See full cancellation policy below.
-TOTAL- your bill will reflect charges for 4 lessons in month 2 minus 1 credit from the month 1 cancellation. Therefore your invoice will reflect charges for 3 lessons.
-Cancellation Policy - We do enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. What this means is that if you need to cancel your lesson, you must call your instructor and let them know at least 24 hours before your regular scheduled time. If you provide proper notice, you will not be charged for the lesson. If you cancel late, you will be charged for the lesson and you will not be awarded a make up lesson.
-INVOICE- We use paypal as our platform to accept payments. (Paypal - one of the safest ways to send money online. learn more here) NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED, if you don't have a paypal account, that is fine You can pay using any credit card just like you would paying for anything online.- But If you do have a paypal account, you can also use it to pay for the bill.
-PAYMENTS ONLINE- We encourage everyone to pay their bill online.
Once you receive your monthly invoice, just go to: www.TeacherConnection.com/payments.htm - click the "Pay Now" button and follow the simple instructions to make a payment using any major credit card or Debit Card. **Be sure to have your invoice handy, because you will have to enter the amount you owe in order to complete the transaction. ** At the end of the payment process, you will be able to print a receipt for your payment, if you like.
-PAYMENTS BY PHONE- We encourage you to pay your bill online - it is safe, secure, convenient and reliable. We also accept payments by phone, feel free to call us and we can accept a credit card payment over the phone.
-PAYMENTS BY MAIL- Again, We encourage you to pay your bill online - it is safe, secure, convenient and reliable. We also take checks by mail, feel free to mail a check or money order to us, payable to : Teacher Connection Inc.
